Valentines Caprese Hearts
I have to admit I was in LOVE with my heart shaped caprese salad bites! 4 ingredients later and you have the cutest Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day app!
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- Mozzarella balls
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Cut your tomatoes lengthwise at a 45° angle.
- Flip one of the sides so The thinner side of each side matches up with each other, this will create a heart shape.
- I found that the longer tomatoes made a slightly better heart shape than the more round ones.
- Put it on your toothpick, add your basil, and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and you are done!
