
Who doesn’t love a good sandwich?? This simple turkey club packs the flavor in just one bite! The fresh veggies, savory turkey, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and spicy sauce are a match made in heaven!




This recipe is so easy and customizable that you can make this however you want! First we need to start with that signature spicy aioli. First, add 1/2 cup of mayo to a bowl. If you can use Kewpie Mayo, do so. It is a Japanese brand that has a much richer flavor. I did not have any at the moment so I used Best instead. Also a great choice. Add 2 tbsp of sriracha, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, and salt and pepper. Give this a good mix.



Next it is time to assembly your sandwich! I used fresh lettuce, tomato and deli style turkey. Cook your bacon until nice and crispy and add to the sandwich. This will add such a nice saltiness to it.

Top off with some creamy avocado and more sauce! I toasted my bread, but that is optional. I also like using Sourdough because it adds a nice tang to it all.

Turkey Club with Sriracha Aioli
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 1/2 Lb Deli Turkey
- 1 Leaf Lettuce
- 4 Slices Tomato
- 4 Slices Bacon
- 1/2 Avocado Sliced
Sriracha Aioli
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Mix aioli ingredients into a bowl. Set aside.
- Toast your sourdough.
- Stack with your favorite sandwich add-ins.
- Layer sauce, veggies, turkey, bacon, avocado, and more sauce!
