This butter board trend is so fun and one of my favorites. With the holidays coming around, this board captures the essence of Thanksgiving! It is perfect for your warm bread and is a must-have on the dinner table!

First, we will make the cranberry reduction. You only need 3 ingredients! Add 2 cups of cranberries, juice from 1/2 an orange and the zest from 1/2 orange, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Let this heat up in a pot on medium heat. The cranberries will start to break down. they will mix with the sugar and juice and turn jammy. Once you mash the cranberries thicken, remove from the heat and let it cool.
Next, for the candied walnuts, melt 1/2 a stick of butter and add 1/2 a cup of sugar. Mix and toss in 1 cup of walnuts. Let this cool. Your walnuts will be crunchy and sweet! For the board, soften 16 oz of your butter of choice! Spread evenly on a board. Lastly, carefully dollop your cooled cranberry reduction and sprinkle with the candied walnuts. Add some finely chopped rosemary on top and drizzle with honey. Enjoy this with delicious warmed bread.
