When it comes to eating ramen, there are so many ways to make your noodles taste delicious! I wanted to go with an Asian fusion dish that was spicy but unique! This recipe is for kimchi lovers like me!

The first thing you want to do for this recipe is dice up your Spam and crisp it up in a skillet. I love that golden brow color! When that is done, set that aside. Dice up your kimchi so it is small. I like to make my pieces pretty uniform so it fits better as a sauce rather than having whole pieces of cabbage with your noodles. When those are chopped, chop your garlic.

In the same non-stick skillet, add your chopped kimchi, garlic, and 1 heaping tbsp of Gojuchang paste. Then slowly drizzle in your heavy cream. Reduce the heat to a medium low and let the sauce simmer and thicken. When the sauce is ready, add your cooked ramen noodles.
For extra flavor, cook a sunny-side up egg! I love a great runny yoke. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds!

Ingredients:
2 Packets Ramen (Just the noodles)
1 can Spam (Diced)
1/2 Cup Diced Kimchi (Find at your Asian Grocer or even Sprouts)
1 Heaping Tbsp of Gojuchang
2 Minced Cloves Garlic
1/2-3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Over Easy Eggs
Green Onion
Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
Sauté your diced Spam until golden brown on medium to high heat then remove from pan. Next, dice your kimchi, garlic, and green onion. Set aside.
In the skillet, sauté your diced kimchi and garlic. Add 1 heaping tbsp of Gojuchang paste and slowly drizzle your heavy cream. Lower the temperature to low to medium and let the sauce simmer. When the sauce is thick, then add in your cooked ramen noodles.
