How to Make Lasagna Pizza
Follow these simple steps to create this masterpiece in your kitchen. Trust us, it’s worth every bite!
Step 1: Make the Meat Sauce
Start by sautéing your aromatic veggies — onion, carrots, and celery — until softened. Then, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Add the tomato paste and tomato sauce, letting the mixture simmer until thick and flavorful.

Step 2: Prepare the Béchamel Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to create a roux, and gradually stir in milk. Cook until the sauce thickens to a creamy, velvety consistency. This will be your secret weapon for that lasagna-like richness.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
Stretch your premade dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread an even layer of the meat sauce, followed by a generous drizzle of béchamel. Top with shredded mozzarella and dollops of ricotta cheese.

Step 4: Bake to Perfection
If using a pizza oven, bake at 700°F for 6 minutes. For a regular oven, preheat to 500°F and bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
