This is one of the easiest meal preps I have ever made. You can simply put all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours hands free. I love this simple Asian bulgogi beef that is packed full of flavor but easy.

Bulgogi, a traditional Korean dish, is known for its savory, sweet, and slightly spicy flavors. Using a slow cooker makes this dish incredibly convenient, allowing you to enjoy all the rich, complex flavors of bulgogi with minimal effort.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- Convenience: The slow cooker does all the hard work for you, making this recipe perfect for busy weeknights.
- Flavor: The marinade infuses the beef with a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and spicy notes.
- Versatility: Serve the shredded bulgogi beef in a variety of ways—over rice, in lettuce wraps, or even in tacos!

Optional: I like to sear my beef so the outside can get a nice char. Then put it into the cooker. I find this is a great flavor enhancer but it is not necessary.

Then in your pot, add all of your beef ingredients. Cook low for 8-10 until the meat is fork tender. Carefully shred the meat into the sauce. Serve with rice, or any veggies.
