I am a big appetizer fan! Making bite-sized snacks is a passion of mine. I found the easiest appetizer recipe that will take only a few minutes but will have your guests coming back for more! And the best part is you can buy some of the ingredients pre-made so it can simply be assembled with very little work!

Smoked salmon is one of my favorites and this recipe has delicious smoked salmon with herb cream cheese!
First, save yourself hassle and buy the premade frozen Latkes from Trader Joe’s! They only need crisping in the oven or airfryer! Just bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes.

While those cook, mix your softened cream cheese with your lemon juice, herbs, and seasonings. Once well incorporated, you can use a ziplock bag as a piping bag, or dollop on the latkes using a spoon.

Gently fold small pieces of smoked salmon around the cream cheese. Then you can serve as is or top with some diced red onion, capers, and herbs!
