The holidays are approaching, and that means it is the season for desserts and cute themed plates. This year, I created these snowmen cheesecake truffles! They are no-bake, eggless and can be made a day before! I love the delicious flavor of cheesecake, decadent white chocolate, and fun candy hats! The best part is even if they are not perfect, you can make the funniest of faces on them.

In a large bowl combine your cheesecake ingredients and whisk until smooth. I like to leave out my cream cheese until it is about room temperature. It makes the mixing process much easier. I use a food processor or mini blender to crush the graham crackers. You can do any flavor combination, chocolate, lemon, peppermint, etc (get creative)! Gently scoop into a mini muffin tin or round-bottom tin. Place in the freezer for 4 hours. It is much easier to work with these frozen. If not frozen, they will not mold to the shape you want.

Gently take a knife or carefully heat the bottom of the tin to get the filling to release from the tray. Combine 2 halves to make 1 whole snowman head. Place the rounded pieces back into the freezer.
Melt your candy melts in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Once the chocolate is fully melted, dip your frozen truffles into the chocolate to fully coat.

Let them sit out until the chocolate is completely dry. Place in the refrigerator until you finish making the hats.
For the hats, split the Oreos in half. Using the side with the filling, gently pace a mini Reese’s on top. Pull apart a small string of licorice and wrap around the hat, using the extra Oreo filling as the glue. You can use some of the melted chocolate as well to help hold it together!

I use a small black icing writing tip to make the black faces. Then, dip a small orange sprinkle in the chocolate for the nose.

Use a little melted white chocolate to glue the hat and enjoy! Keep in the refrigerator until it is time to enjoy. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge up to 5 days!
