I have some ground turkey and did not know what to do with it! I have made tacos, and lasagna, but nothing sounded good to me. Then I was inspired by Mediterranean food and decided a pita pocket sounded delicious! These loaded patties are incredible stuffed with spinach and feta.

They are so easy to make and all the components of the recipe just require you to mix it in a bowl. You can use frozen or fresh spinach for this recipe! Just make sure you squeeze all of the water out. This will help when forming your patties. For the patties, add your ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Shape into your patties and cook in your nonstick skillet. Seriously they are perfect and only take 10-12 minutes to fully cook.

For your sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an air tight container.

You can buy pita pockets from the store and when you slice them in half, they are hollow! Then you can stuff to your liking with different veggies.
