If you are looking for fun, and easy meal ideas, this chicken dish is definitely it! I absolutely love air fryer recipes because they are so easy to make! The firecracker chicken sauce adds sweet heat to your chicken that pairs perfectly with rice!

First, dice your chicken into 1 inch cubes. Set aside. Season your flour with the following seasonings 1 tsp per spice: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cayenne powder. Dip your chicken into the egg wash then roll into the seasoned flour.

Place evenly along side an air fryer and spray with nonstick cooking spray. This helps reduce the amount of oil we use! Air fry at 390F for 15-18 minutes!

For the sauce, add your buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic chili paste. Mix well and let come to a simmer until all the sugar is incorporated. Then set aside to cool. When your chicken is done, toss in the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
