Want an easy and tasty pasta recipe? Well, look no further for this recipe will be your new favorite go-to dinner! The creamy sauce is perfect for your favorite pasta and savory chicken. This is instantly be a family favorite!

First, take 2 chicken breasts and season with your favorite seasonings. I used Old Bay for fine. I find it is simple yet adds tremendous flavor. If you do not have a spice shelf stocked to the brim, that is okay! This seasoning is the perfect mix.

In your hot skillet, add some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. We will be cooking our chicken with that oil. You can add a little olive oil (1 tbsp) as well if needed.

Cook your chicken and once it is done take it out of the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet move the heat to low/medium and add your garlic, shallot and tomato paste. Season with some red pepper flakes. Once the garlic and onions cook about a minute, add your sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream.

Give your sauce a stir and add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and juice of 1/2 lemon. While the sauce is simmering on low throw in your spinach and cooked pasta.

Once all the pasta is combined with the sauce, add your chicken back in. Top with more red pepper flake and some minced parsley! Enjoy!

Just made this using spiral fusilli bucati pasta. Super easy and fast to make and tastes amazing. I know I’ve seen the specific type used here at Costco – I’ll have to pick some up next time I go to make this again! I recommend saving some pasta water to thin out the sauce as needed.
Delicious looking recipe, but you don’t mention the type of pasta you used in the photos. I love pasta & haven’t had that style yet. Looking to try it out soon.
I believe it’s called Trotolle! I’ve bought it at Safeway in the past. It’s sooo yum.
Yes it is! Thank you!
Saw this recipe on tik tok, just made it for dinner tonight & I have one thing to say about it: best recipe I’ve tried in years. Thank you for sharing this.
So thrilled you loved this recipe!
I’d like to know the type of pasta you used. Looks delicious!
Saw this on Instagram today as a recommended post. Delicious and easy to throw together! I didn’t have any old bay so used Dan-O’s spicy seasoning. Fantastic!
Where do I get sun dried tomato oil?
I used the oil from the jarred sun-dried tomatoes! I found them in the canned tomato section of the grocery store
I saw this recipe on Instagram!!
I made this tonight with my hubby and we LOVED IT!! We had a blast throwing it together and the ingredients were really easy to find, thank you so much!!
So glad you enjoyed it!
So good! I altered the amount of spinach used and opted for ready-to-use ingredients instead of fresh, but it still tasted amazing! I also thank you for introducing me to this pasta shape; it’s my new favorite! There’s a good balance in this dish, would definitely recommend!
Thank you! It is such a fun pasta shape!
Saw this recipe on TikTok and decided to give it a try! Turned out PERFECT. Didn’t have Old Bay so I used paprika, cayenne, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt instead. Also added a few ladles of pasta water into the sauce towards the end.
Leftovers were even more delicious, loved it:)
Sounds absolutely delicious!
I just made this for my family. Only difference was, I used shell pasta and I left out the chili flakes. But it is DELICIOUS! I’ll definitely be making this again soon! Thanks for sharing 🥰
I made this for my parents as an anniversary dinner for them and we loved it! I added too many noodles but that was my own fault but this recipe was literally one of the best one’s i’ve ever tried. i’m gonna make it again next thursday and everyone is excited. it’s super easy and super delicious and so convenient for someone like me who is just learning how to cook. 10/10 would recommend and i’m gonna make this all the time now.
