Want to find the easiest dip recipe out there? Look no further! This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make, is full of wonderful flavor, and is a crowd pleaser! Add you need is a food processor or blender to do it!

Let’s cut to the chase, this recipe is just placing ingredients into a food processor or blender and that’s it! It is so cheap to make but I swear you will be eating the entire bowl!

For this recipe, you will need 2 ripe avocados, 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 cups cilantro, 1 Serrano pepper, juice of 3 limes, and 1-2 tbsp of salt.

I found that my dip was perfectly spicy with the 1 Serrano, but I like spicy. If you are afraid it will be too hot, either de-seed your pepper, or cut it in half or 1/4ths. If you are really sensitive to heat, feel free to substitute for a jalapeño or even leave it out!

Blend all of your ingredients together until a perfect creamy consistency. Place into a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips or even plantain chips!

For added garnish, I used pickled onions, chopped pistachios for a crunchy texture, lime and lemon zest, and a little queso fresco!
