If you love air frying, then you do not want to miss this easy and amazing recipe! This recipe takes less than 30 minutes to make and it quick but delicious! These Air fryer steak bites with garlic cream sauce are going to be your new weeknight dinner!

For my steak, I used a nice chunk of Ribeye. You can use whatever piece you want, but I find that ribeye was the perfect amount of fat to meat ratio. With the cooking, it did not come out tough and the fat really helped with the flavor.

First, dice your steak into larger cubes. I did about 1 1/2 inch cubes. Too small and you run the risk of over cooking them. I did trim a little of the fat where there would be more fat than meat, but I did keep most of it.

For the marinade, I used Worcestershire sauce, A1, and steak seasoning. For the steak seasoning, seriously any brand will do. I used a seasoning that was more pepper and onion forward.

Place your steak into the air fryer spaced out enough so it is not over crowded. In a preheated air fryer, at 390F cook steak until medium, which took me about 9 9 1/2 minutes! Take your steak out and let rest for 5 minutes.
Garlic Cream Sauce
For the garlic cream sauce, start with a small pot on medium heat. Melt 1 tbsp of butter and add your garlic and shallot. Cook it down until fragrant about 1 minute. Add your freshly chopped herbs and give it a stir, I used fresh chopped parsley, rosemary, and thyme.

Add your heavy cream and lastly a little cornstarch and water. This will help thicken the sauce.

Looking forward to trying this! How many does your recipe serve? If I am making for 4 people, should I double, triple the recipe? Thanks!
I usually serve 4 oz of meat per serving. Depends of appetites. If you are serving 4 people, I would use minimum 2 large steaks! One large Ribeye is usually 2 servings for me!
I’m struggling with figuring out how many times I should double the recipe. I’m making 3.890 lbs which is like 6 steaks. Is this seasoning amount for just one steak?
Yes. I would at least do the seasonings x3 and start from there! You can always add more.
Made this tonight and it was really good! I got sirloin steaks at Costco and used 3 of them with the recipe as written. I did end up adding a bit of milk to the cream sauce as it got really thick. I’d probably reduce the cornstarch next time. Really surprised at how well the air fryer cooked the steak!
It was super amazing and I am so glad this recipe came across my IG timeline! The steak came out sooo tender and juicy. The sauce was a bit thicker than I anticipated but I might have used a little too much cornstarch, however, the steak coupled with the creamy sauce was simply to die for!
